Poultry is a group of domestic birds used by humans to collect eggs or kill them for meat or feathers. These birds are usually from the order Poultry (including poultry, domestic turkey) and the family of ducks (from the order Ghazan), which is part of the waterfowl. Some other birds, such as pigeons, are killed for their meat.

Poultry with 30% of consumption is the most consumed meat in the world after pork (38%)
