Although L-lysine sulfate contains less lysine than L-lysine HCl, its lower production cost\u2014and therefore a lower cost to the end user\u2014makes it a more cost-effective option for meeting lysine requirements in animal feed. Arian Roshd Afza imports two L-lysine sulfate products from China under the Dong Xiao and Chengfu brands. The product is supplied as granules ranging in color from white to light brown.
